All course content, videos, workbooks, and resources remain the exclusive property of Ashenridge Strategy Institute. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify any material without prior written consent. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Limitation of Liability
We provide educational content for informational purposes only. Ashenridge Strategy Institute is not responsible for any business decisions, financial outcomes, or losses arising from the use of our materials. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform resources. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected].
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under California law. You agree not to participate in class-action lawsuits against Ashenridge Strategy Institute.
